Anybody workout?

I'm on my third tour of P90X, each tour is 3 months, which equals 90 days, hence the name P90X.....It is brutal, you must stay dedicated and disciplined both in routine and diet, which is basically eating nutritiously, it's tough, real tough,I'm not going to lie but if you stick with it, you will love the results, if you always wanted abs, this is it, all you need is a pull up bar that goes between doorway, a few dumbells and a yoga mat

I tried P90x a few times and have to agree, it was a good workout. Im beginning to do some crossfit in the mornings. Works the hell out of you as well.

I used to workout at a gym,just to slim down a bit but tahts when i was separated from my gf,i went down to 210 Very Happy i usually weigh 220-230.We got back together n gained weight lol

lol... brutal same here bro

I used to workout in high school and college. Then i got married and had 3 kids i havent gained to much weight though. But sitting down in front of a computer 8 hours a day at work doesnt help much either,

I am planning on starting the P90X program, but the funds for planning are currently low so thats gonna have to wait....

I tried it a couple of years ago and I got hurt. I have suffered from tendonitis since high school and for some reason everytime I decide to start P90x I get injured. lol

I have been doing push ups every other night though just to build up endurance and more strength. I also jog at a track sometimes and I play basketball every sunday. Sports >>>>>

Dude, try insanity its only 60 days, and works perfectly fine, also you dont need not weight or stuff like that like p90x. Believe it or not lost 8pounds just in one week. I did it 2 years ago and only did a whole month 2nd month couldn't hack it lol. Its tougher and just harder lol, but i started again last week so hopefully this time i finish it since insanity came out with a new one called "Insanity Asylum" only 30 days but damn the vids are hard lol. Of course u have to be an Insanity graduate to continue to this new one that just came out.
